Rain tables
The rain tables promote reflection on the link between ingredients, cooking and the landscape during the rainy season in Oaxaca, through sensory installations and a tasting menu, designed based on recipes and consumption habits typical of these months of abundance.
The markets are filled with seasonal ingredients, announcing the exuberance of the landscape, from the cornfields with their vines, flowers and quelites to the mountains with their variety of wild mushrooms.
